LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American professional basketball player that is a player with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. King James is widely regarded as one of the best basketball players. He's often in comparison to Michael Jordan when discussing the most well-known player. James has taken home four NBA championships, four NBA MVP awards and four NBA Finals MVP awards three All-Star MVP awards and two Olympic gold medals. James has earned the second most career goals and seventh-highest assists. James has been chosen as an NBA All Star 18 times. James is part of the NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams, and five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. The third most number of NBA Finals ever was ten, with eight being consecutive between 2011 and 2018. James was picked as a part of the NHL75th Anniversary Team. And in 2022 he became first NBA player to ever score at least 10,000 points in a career. James played for St. Vincent St. Mary High School, which is located in his home town in Akron Ohio and was heavily touted by the national media as a future NBA star. To prepare for the pro game, his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the top pick in the NBA draft in 2003. In 2004 he was named NBA Rookie. He soon was one of the league's best players, and won the NBA MVP title in both 2009 and the year 2010. James, who failed to be crowned the champion in Cleveland, in the year 2010, was released as a free agent and joined his team the Miami Heat. This was made clear as part of The Decision.
