The family was raised in Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and studied clarinet, piano, and cello at the highly regarded Hochstein School of Music. The passion she had for theatre in school was the reason she applied to The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded a scholarship. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. Sharp's first focus was the stage. Sharp appeared in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp played Abyssinia as well as Aida in the theatre and also. Sharp is also working on other projects in the works as well as her projects for stage and screen. Sharp is still performing and is currently working on a full length album. Sharp she is frequently on camera, behind it as well as in the studio for music, also loves staying in shape. Sharp studies Krav Maga as well as boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, hike and take long trips on the road. Sharp resides with her spouse and two children and lives in Los Angeles.
