Being learning to be an assassin gave Glau to make the most of her athletic skills. Summer Glau is a classically educated ballerina. Her dancing abilities include flamenco, tango, as well as a range of different kinds. A fractured toe cut her off from performing. Firefly ran for only one year but gained an ardent audience. Whedon was so in love with it that he returned to the show just a couple of years afterwards. Summer Glau, however, received quality work.
