Constance Marie

Constance Constance Marie Lopez was born September 9th, 1965. She is an American actress. Her credits include Angie Lopez in George Lopez (2002-2007) and Marcela Quintanilla who is the mother of Selena, in Selena (1997). She was Regina Vasquez on the ABC Family/Freeform drama program Switched at Birth (2011-17). She is currently on Camila Diaz, the lead character in the Amazon Prime Video drama series Undone (1999). Marie started her acting career in her teens. In 1988 she scored a role in Salsa. Other film and television credits include Early Edition, Dirty Dancing, Selena, Spin City, and Ally McBeal. Marie was chosen for the role of Angie Lopez on the ABC comedy series George Lopez. In 2001, Marie starred in the comedy-drama film Tortilla Soup alongside Hector Elizondo, Jacqueline Obradors, and Elizabeth Pena. She was also a part of the PBS drama American Family. In the month of October, 2007, she launched her own line of clothing "The Constance Marie Collection". [2] In the same year, she was featured in an ad campaign by PETA and urged pet owners to spay and neuter their pets. 3 Marie was the legal and birth mother of one of her daughters Regina Vasquez. She played the role of a character in the drama ABC Family/Freeform Switched at Birth from 2011 until 2017.
